Your Instructor
Nadia Bongelli has been grooming pets for over 10 years and competing since 2012. Her accolades include Barkleigh Honors Up and Coming Groomer of the Year in 2016, Best All Around International Groomer at Integroom 2017, Rising Star of the Year Award at Intergroom 2016, Canadian and American BIS Awards and numerous Open Level placements in Canada and in the United States. Nadia's proudest moment was winning the Super Jackpot at Superzoo in 2022 with her Bedlington Terrier. She is also Nationally Certified Master Grooming with the National Dog Groomers Association of America, Inc. She is a member of the Canadian Groom Team travel team and is an active member in the grooming community as a fun and engaging speaker and teacher.
Nadia purchased first well bred dog, a Standard Poodle, in 2013 and hired a professional handler. Since then she has owned several purebred dogs and began to show them herself, and had finished over 10 CKC Champions, including client dogs along with her own. She established her kennel, Eon Bedlington Terriers in 2021 and is actively working towards creating her own breeding program.
